Our annual Stuck In the Middle® get-together started as a big girls weekend that turned into an annual week long gathering of like-minded travelling women aka Rolling Solo® members.
It’s a time for us Rolling Solo® gal’s to leave the domestic responsibilities of life behind for a week to relax, be ourselves, laugh, dance, camp, glamp, learn new things, see new places, travel across the countryside together in a tagalong, make new friends and have some fun.
It’s also our big yearly chance to meet up with our Roller friends from all over Australia – in the one place!
In 2025 we’re heading to Mission Beach in Far North Queensland for our annual Rolling Solo® Member get together.
We have a great 5 days & 5 nights planned at our destination packed with activities, skill sharing sessions, fun workshops, tours, outings and experiences that will never be forgotten. Not to mention all the new friends you’ll make.

Departing from various states, our tagalongs are meticulously planned to ensure you can join the convoy at any point along the route, making it as convenient as possible for our members.

Whether you arrive in your motorhome, campervan, caravan, or prefer the simplicity of a tent, our event is designed to make you feel at home under the vast Australian sky.
For those who don’t have a rolling abode or are joining us from afar, we have a limited number of rooms available in the luxurious holiday guesthouse next to the camping area that provide the perfect blend of comfort and nature.
Our camping setup is thoughtfully organized to ensure that everyone, regardless of their accommodation choice, is integrated into the vibrant tapestry of our community. This arrangement fosters a unique sense of unity and belonging, making it easier for members to mingle, share stories, and build new friendships. The magic of being onsite together allows us to fully immerse in the atmosphere of the event, creating a shared experience that resonates long after the last campfire has dimmed.

Our Tropical Home for the Week
This year, we’re embracing the magic of eco camping—now with a little extra comfort! Our 2025 event takes place on stunning private property in Mission Beach, nestled between the rainforest and the ocean, and just a short walk from town.
We’ve moved away from the caravan park vibe to create a more natural, laid-back camping experience that brings us closer to nature. And yes—we’ve got you covered with deluxe event toilets and gas hot showers, so you can stay fresh while you soak up the serenity.
We recommend coming prepared to be semi self-sufficient, including things like solar power if you need to run appliances and bringing your own drinking water.
It’s a beautiful blend of freedom, connection, and nature—and we can’t wait to share it with you!
Luxury Guesthouse - SOLD OUT
For those without camping gear or flying in for the event, we’re thrilled to offer a limited number of tranquil guesthouse rooms just steps away from all the action. These luxurious accommodations are perfect for Rollers looking for comfort and convenience, with some rooms even featuring their own private bathrooms.
If you’re not able to secure a room, don’t worry—why not consider renting your very own rolling abode for the event? Renting a Campervan or motorhome is a fantastic way to enjoy the full camping experience, and you can easily pick one up from Cairns or Townsville.
